Hi Everybody. I just bought an SHO for my g/f with 103000 on it. I plan on changing the shims and timing belt soon.
My question is how much are the shims, where can I get them, and what special tools do I need. Sorry these are probably
stupid wuestions to you guys but I am used to imports, this is my first real performance domestic. Thanks for the help.

You can try www.shonutperformance.com for the shims and kit. There is a core charge and they send it back when you send the kit back.
I believe www.spmotorsports.com works the same way.
Either of those may be able to help you out with the timing belt as well but www.fordpartsnetwork.com also has good prices, and may be your best bet for the belt.

The engine is an japanese import, so you may be right at home with it! :)
