chain tensioners

ok im getting ready to do the timing chain tensioners in my car.....can anyone one walk me through how to do them and if anyone has any short cuts i would appreciate it....btw its a 94 3.0 thanx

Remove the intake
remove the cam covers
remove the camshaft sprockets and chains
remove tensioners

Reverse to install
Remember that the front and rear cam chain tensioners ARE DIRECTIONAL.

Yeah you don't need to remove the cams. It is a tight fit but doable.
