so I've had a slap on the valve cover . I changed out then tensioner from a used one from Sho source a week later the noice came back. Does it mean the chain is bad? And tensioner I took out was not that bad

Honestly it look good to me . But for sure it's not an oil pressure issue cus the one in the back makes no noise

the way you tell how worn they are is by seeing how much the will flex side to side - that will give you an idea of how much it has stretched.
