i wacthed some vids on how to use McKee's 37 seems very doable i've strip and clay bar myself all the time so i may give it a shot on the wifes car frist lol,

I have the V2 McKee's 37 Paint Coating sitting on a shelf waiting to go on. I also purchased CarPro Essence which can do a light correction/fill of fine scratches and then you put the coating right over it (basically a coating primer that does light correction).

As another option...I mentioned the Duragloss Enviroshield above. Wash, clay, apply their squeaky clean...and apply the coating.

Where are you guys located? I have a guy in NC that will do the works (paint, wheels, windows) for $1200. 7 year warranty. He does a lot of NFL cars (got me Kuechly's signature on a Yeti a few years ago). He's mobile and would probably travel if it's reasonable. He did my Mustang (which I recently sold) earlier this year and I'll probably have my SHO done soon.

$1200? Good grief! Do you never have to wash your car again?

I will post a new thread with everything. Products used, ect. I'll post some before, during, and after pics so people can see how it goes. I plan on washing, de iron her, then clay bar, then a full inspection. I compound, polished, and waxed, her about 3 months back. I may need to compound a couple places on some panels again depending on my findings. I will give her a full polish, buff, then Isopropyl alcohol wipe down. Then the ceramic coat will go on.

That's why I pay someone to do it. Too many steps lol. Good luck! Looking forward to seeing it unfold.

I get that, if everything goes well it shouldnt take me long. I have already done most of the hard work a couple months back. I am excited to see what happens.

Looks great man! I like the re-badging too. And that license plate!! I almost spit my coffee once I figured out what it was saying.
Here is the before and afters......the pictures don't give the car justice......

Yeah, it took alot of work. I will actually make a new thread and detail all the crap I did.

Thank you. First thing I did when I got her home was remove the trunk badging. I went with the Bull Badges because I wanted to cover the Ford emblem, and wanted something different. Once I get my wheels the only thing that will say SHO on the car is the side badges which I will not remove.

The plate was donated from my old twin turbo Camaro. It fit the SHO because after she was tuned, no 5.0 has touched her on the street....so.....
