I have a 93 SHO and its got the factory cd player, but it has no factory cd changer, I noticed a couple of 91 sho's that had factory changers and i was wondering if i could plug in a factory cd changer into my factory cd player?

Yes. You just need is the factory CD player out of several late model Ford models and the specific Taurus interconnect harness for the two units.

ok, so since mine is a 93, isnt that late enough, so all i need to do is find a factory cd changer from a junk yard sho or something, and make sure it comes with the harness too?

If you can find one out of a Gen II Taurus or Sable, then get the harness. If you pull one from a Mustang, well then you will have to buy the harness and they aren't even available at the dealership. You would have to track down the local stero installer that does at the dealership install work for the area. That's what I had to do.
