Ive done some research gathering information on this and reading other threads, but I’d rather get information from members here who are running the Livernois tune.
Is the majority here using, or not using a catch can. I see the positives by lessening carbon buildup, and less wear on turbos. The negatives from what I read is the catch-can introduces pressure which “could” destroy motor. Please give me some feedback on which route to go. Thank you

You do not need a catch can with our setup.

This is from SHOdded - moderator on this Forum:

First thing to do is check the PCV valve and oil separator on the Bank 1 valve cover. I assume the valve cover is original to your car, so if you see any "creaminess" in the separator, change them both out, even if the PCV valve rattles etc.

Are the valve covers aluminum or composite on your SHO?

Check and clean the intercooler/CAC for pooling crud. This can get sucked into the intake and leave quite a mess over time, as there is no fuel washing over the back of the intake valves.

Monitor the oil-in-tubing issue afterwards. If it continues unabated, then I would say get a catch can. Most SHOs do not need them. If you decide to get one, the Rx catch can is still tops despite the change in ownership the product has gone through. Install on an XSport here. Another option is a UPR setup, installation details on a Flex found here. You can ask questions in either of these two threads if you like.

Get the drain option to make maintenance easier with whatever brand product you purchase. Fenderwells are a preferred area for mounting the cans, but space is kinda tight on the SHO, much more room on the XSport/Flex. A shocktower may have to be the location, but away from too much heat is good, as you need to condense the vapors.
