car wouldnt start? and funny ideling

ok i was backing out of my drive way and i stalled my car and then i tried to start it and alls it did was crank over but wouldnt start so i disconneted the battery and to rest everything still wount start and the i wait for a couple of min and the it fire`s right up .....and then some times it will idel funny like go up and down up and down does anyone know why? any help would be great thanks

The next time it doesnt start, try pumping the gas pedal. Sounds like your IAB/IAC (idle air bypass valve/idle air control valve) is starting to go out on ya.

This valve opens to let air in to idle the car when the pedal is not depressed.

i just cleand that today if that helps any?.... but last night when i started it i let it warm up before i started driveing and i was sitting there and it just keep ideling up and down up and down

MAF could be the problem. Try cleaning it, if that doesn't work see if someone will let you swap theirs in to see if that clears up the issue.
