Car Running On Half Engine

Hello again!!Well i fixed my no start problem do to a cut wire near fuse box.But now i have misfire #1,2,5 i have no engine change when i pull wires off coil on 1,2,5 maybe i have wrong firing order??Or is this still fuel problem but i replaced those injectors and still same thing.I have good fuel pressure so i dont know.O and coolant light stays on while engine is running but mabey my bottle is low.Anyway if you can help TY
