Car is slower with new turbos?

so I just got my car back after both turbos blew and I feel like my car is slower I feel like it’s bit pulling bas hard. Going to data log tomorrow to see if boost numbers are lower also. I had a feeling that I had the upgraded turbos but that with the warranty replacement they replaced them with OEM ones

So unfortunately the logs that I have the boost measured from before was not even changing at all and was showing a constant psi and didn’t change so the new one showed 31 measured with the wastegate at 45%

So did some more data logging and could not find a specific point as to why the car is slower and losing top end power
