car is missing

I have a question for all...my 135K with no 60k ATX SHO is doing a couple of weird things. First thing in the morning my first 1-2 gear change can be abrupt. I have learned to really ease into that first gear change. After that it shifts fine? Secondly, if I am accelerating around a bend my car will miss? Thirdly, if I come into a sharp corner and accelerate hard out of the corner, the car will hesitate before it shifts making the tire chirp when it finally shifts. This hesitation is usually a little over a second. If I accelerate in a straight line, I can drive aggressively and the car shifts great. Any thoughts?
