Yeah, my car was involved in an accident... The passanger side of my car is in need of attention. I will need to replace the front fender, and the front door, with the possibility of having to replace the rear door. Right now I am driving it, but it breaks my spirit every time I see it. I always take such good care of my cars, and this is how it ends up? Figures! Anyways, is ebony satin metallica a SHO specific color? Or does it come on other Tauri too? lol As you might have guessed I would like to just bolt the panels on and go, because the 8 year old paint might not match up if I have to do a respray. And does anyone here have the pain code for the EBS color? I plan on PPGing it ASAP so I don't have to look at it anymore. Does anyone here see any fault in my plans? Things that are SHO specific or anything like that? I don't gues anyone knows where an Ebony Black Satin 96 is that is being parted out is eh? ;)

I will be very hard to blend. You might have to repaint the whole thing if you want everything to match. You should be able to find the paint code on the door jamb sticker. Probably just 3 letters that correspond to an existing blend or mixture ratio that can be found through local shops or contacting whichever paint mfg. or store. All the mfg's will be able to replicate the color.

Well, what I think I am going to do is paint the new panels, wet sand the rest of the car and clear it all, that should provide the car with a better match, and it will take away those few surface scratches. I guess the good part is that it's not a color like blue or red, which I know are almost impossible to match after a few years on the vehicle.
