Hi Guys,

I'm running into an odd problem where my "Speed Compensated Volume" is grayed out, and when I try to adjust it, I get a popup saying, "MyKey may prevent you from changing some settings." I then go into the MyKey settings, and it states that I have zero MyKeys programmed and 2 admin keys. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Yeah, both FOBs do the same thing. I was thinking that maybe there's a way to clear MyKey, but, I don't think I need to in my case, as there are no MyKeys set.

then I would reset the Sync system. I don't recall off hand how to do that, but that would be my next step.

Thanks! Yeah, I think that's my next option. If that doesn't work, I'll be making a trip to my local Ford dealer.
