When I go down steep driveways my exhaust scrapes like ****, I have to come in at an angle to avoid this. Once in a blue I would be rushing and forget and be reminded by the fingers on chalk board scratch of my exhaust on the asphalt. A bit jealous because my fathers gs350 f sport sits pretty low and doesn’t scratch and the SHO is a good bit higher. Any way to treat this? Or is it the nature of the beast

The stock mid resonator and third cat hang low. Unfortunately nothing you can do to lift the exhaust. However, if you replace those components with straight pipe, might helps. And no, replacing the third cat won’t cause a CEL or cause you to fail emissions.
