I want to see see how much the piece of plastic is is below the steering wheel where your knees are. It's the piece that just above the obd2 port (hopefully that makes sense). I couldn't find it online.

But Torrie doesn't charge MSRP, his price on the part is $57.33. There will be some shipping charges, but probably not enough that the total price would exceed what you'd pay at a dealer with tax added. Plus if the dealer has to order the part it may take longer to get from the dealer than it will take to get it from Torrie. We're just giving the original poster options and a source to find these items in the future without going to the dealer.

-not arguing rod, but just for rebuttle, where do you think FPN gets their parts?? they are not a "Ford" dealer, so they have no way to order it direct from Ford. I also seriously doubt that FPN stocks interior trim. maintenance and fast moving parts, prolly. therefore, they have to order it from a dealer they do business with, which still takes the same amt of time, and another person to tack on a piece of the pie. a $3 discount is not very much imo. about 5% or so. but if someone wants to do business with that person, and support them, then yes, by all means do it. But i've been doing parts business with the "older" sho crowd since 1998. my price has always been wholesale price plus shipping. so its just really a "who you know" kinda thing.....

Yeah, I don't get any special pricing from my local dealer. Their prices to me generally match the MSRP listed on Fast Parts Network.

I've ordered several items from Torrie for Lincolns and a few times for Fords and Mercurys and have generally been able to get them more quickly than from the local dealer, and they've always cost me less in total. There have been a few items that the dealer had in stock, but for those that were not, the order time the dealer quoted was longer than it took to order and receive from Torrie. Granted these were parts for a Lincoln LS which isn't one of those high volume cars with parts stocked in warehouses all over the country. I've received phenomenal customer service from Torrie as well, usually responding to e-mails within 2 hours irregardless of the day or time I sent them (including weekends). And the website makes it pretty easy to make sure you're getting the right part without making a trip to the dealer or removing the item from the car and checking the part number.
