You could take a road trip up to Spencer, MA and have Kirk do it, or take a trip down to Gaithersburg, MD and let Protech do it. Bot very reputable.

A few weeks ago, I think there were a number of people from PA interested in having this service done. I don't know if that "cam fest" ever materialized, though.
If there are still a bunch of people interested, and all interested parties can agree on a time and place, Kirk might be interested in taking a road-trip to help you out. I'm not trying to solicit his services for you, but I know it is something he has done many times in the past, in destinations much much farther away than PA.
If you go with one of the experienced shops, like Kirk's, or ProTech, or FPS, you get a lot more than just cam-welds. I decided to take the trek from Philly to Spencer, MA for Kirk's services, and I haven't regretted it. It was cheaper than the alternatives, even with hotel and rental car added in (my fiance and I made a weekend out of it and toured Boston while Kirk's crew did the work.) And it's much better than trying to convince a local mechanic to try it for the first time :ruhroh:

There's still a good chance of a PA camfest within the next 2-4 weeks...either Reading area or perhaps up near Hazelton...depends on Kirk's schedule.
