cam seals leaking?

well i think i finally found the culprit to my oil leak. i think it's the cam seals. And i believe all 3 of them are leaking........oh joy. Do you think this is worth fixing? I leak about a quart every 1000 miles. I just completed a 60K about 1,000 miles ago so i was already in there for basically everything but them damn cam seals. Should i go back in and fix them? how much are they? and what all do i need to take off to exactly get to them. thanks for your input.

I just bought 2 of them at NAPA about 3 weeks ago 5 bucks ea. I don't know how in depth they are to change. Simular to changing a timing belt and front main seal except you got to get the cam pullies of.
