Ok, I come from a 2011 5.0 mustang that had a cold air intake, loved the sound that it made. From what I understand we have several choices for the SHO, but it's really not necessary, with Christmas around the corner, I was thinking about adding one to my 2015 SHO with PP, what do you guys think about adding a CAI, again not expecting much in performance gains, but my SHO is so quiet.

V8 usually > V6 when it comes to sound. You can hear more sound for sure with a K&N intake, maybe lose a little performance though. The other CAI options (Airaid, MDesign, Windstorm, etc) won't do anything for you sound-wise, though there is performance to be had. BOV VTA, downpipes, and catbacks will all add some sound ...

If you are just after with the sound then get a CAI. K&N and Airaid are high quality pieces. I must also say that getting a tune is the best bang for the buck.

Definitely tune first. Best money you will ever spend. There's a monster hiding in there.
