Just got done putting my intake manifold back on trying to solve another problem and noticed that my butterflies open and stay that way whenever the key or engine is on. But if I unplug the electrical connector on the back of intake manifold they close. I found through searching this is a vacum problem and was wondering if I might somehow have screwed up my vacuum tubes. Or is it possible for that canister to have a nonvisible crack?

Does anyone have a vacuum diagram I could take a look at?

If I am correct the butterflies are open until you turn the key then they close then open back up at about 4200 rpms
