2011 taurus sho 20inch rim's brakes were still good when I bought it except for some g5inding on drivers only at real slow speeds I looked for where it might be grinding and can't find where they bring decided to change them out to drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads from Detroit axel and it still grinds. Any thoughts?

Yea to me it sounds worse than when your brake pads have worn down metal to metal but it's only when speed is less than ten mph to a stop and only on drivers side

May need to use different brake hardware, and make sure the slide pins/boots are properly greased. If there was rust on the hubs (or on the wheel's mating surface), that needs to be wirewheeled away and antiseize compound applied to the hubs.

I would try to but your spare or another rim on and make sure you don’t have clearance issues with your wheel

Is the grinding when brakes are applied at 10MPH or or coasting at or below 10 MPH?
