Not a fuse, no lamp out, all three brakelights are out. Also, the brake switch, is only a year old. And suggestions??

Just because it is a year old doesnt mean it cant break.

Also, do the brakelights come on with the lights. Or they just dont come on when the brakes are applied?

Stick your head under the dash and inspect the brake pedal assembly. Locate the switch and see if the connector has come loose or if the wire has broken at the crimp on the terminal.

An easier way to check it, is to set your cruise and then hit the brakes...if your cruise kicks off, then the brake switch should be working just fine. If your car tries to keep going, then that is ur problem.

Since all three are out...I would suspect that the brake switch is the culprit...
