I don't know if this is the right group, but as I read it, to upgrade the brakes on a 94 SHO, I need to:
1) Get a set of 96 or newer rotors (New)
2) Get a set of 96 caliaper brackets (new or used)
3) Get a set of new brake pads
4) Put everything together with new bearings.
Anything I am missing here?
Thanks

You do not need new bearings. Just the 96 rotors (I recommend O-rielly's lifetime rotors, about $90), pads (I recommend PFCM, lifetime warranty, about $35), and the brackets ($85). Total cost - $220-240. You will be very happy with the performance of this upgrade.

Billh, I just ordered the 96 brake upgrade from SHOnut. total cost was like $220. I recomend checking them out the have good prices on alot of stuff. I was wondering f you were putting the brakes on yourself or if you were having a shop do it. If you were having a shop do it what did they charge you. I don't know weather to attempt it myself or not. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I am capable of doing this job myself, but I would rather have a pro do it. Hopefully, he won't screw it up too bad.

Thanks
