My question is some what simple.I have a 92. Money is tight and i dont want to have to pay for alignment twice so i would do the struts and springs at the time that i would change the knuckles. Is it at all possible to put the 94 + knuckles on my car without doing the rest of the upgrade? My assumption is that its not possible but any guru's know for sure ?

If you're asking whether the pre-94 brakes can be put on 94 knuckles, no they can't. Sorry.

That's not a bad order, actually. You can drive around most handling problems, but being underbraked is much worse, IMHO.

BTW, the 96 brakes are still subject to overheating on a road course. I don't know how hard Watkins Glen is on brakes, I'm guessing it's probably not too bad, but make sure you have _fresh_ brake fluid with a high dry boiling point and good track pads on before taking a SHO to a road course with the 96 brakes. The heavy calipers hold a lot of heat, but if you're careful you can still make them work well at the track.

Well to be honest with you i think that i will probably fade the brakes out but i like the slicers and dont have the money for 17s so i figured i could just go with the 96 upgrade and i would be better off than using the 10.1 inchers. I will have the bias plugs in by then too so hopefully i will do ok. it is a year from now though so who knows whats in store i could go for a set of the centerline rpm's or excel rims.

PS my dad runs his mustang there at watkins glen and he faded his 13" brembos in a could runs
