Brake bleeding for dummies?

Long time lurker, first time poster.
Feel stupid for needing post a thread for a "brake job", but I'm stumped. Typically I try to be self sufficient.

Cliffs:
2010 SHO (no Perf PKG, everything else).
New pads all around.
New master cylinder (bench bled....).
Rear caliper pistons screwed back in fully to install new pads.

Status:
Can't get fluid to push on the passenger front wheel or drivers rear wheel.
Can't vac pull fluid on either of those wheels either.
Passenger rear caliper piston retracts an excessive amount when pedal pressure is released (0.125 -> 0.25).
ZERO brake pressure on the wheels I can't get fluid from. LIMITED brake pressure on the other 2.

Admittedly, my ability to find things on the internet sucks. It's not for lack of trying.
Can someone point me to a "SHO brake bleeding for dummies"? Absent a "for dummies" thread, can someone possibly let me know these things?

1. Do I need to cycle power to the car in order to reset something? I removed the battery for installing the master cylinder and have not installed it or power cycled the car yet.

2. Where is the bias valve and do I need to do anything with it for bleeding?
I found mention of a "bias valve" or something. I couldn't find any direct info about it... Just something about having the suspension loaded during bleeding? Possibly I'm off with that, was having trouble following that post related to the bias valve.

3. Do I need to do something with the e-brake to get the pistons to "tighten up" on the rear calipers?

I understand I will need to "go activate the ABS" after this is all done and then bleed again. Right now the car isn't safe to drive. It would be a threat to humanity with the current condition.

I read everything there and didn't find anything related to how I can get fluid to start flowing / pumping from the other 2 wheels.

Have you triple checked your work? Also generally speaking having power assist to bleed the brakes can help. Not experienced with this newer model specifically

Yea I continue to go back over everything.
My suspicions now:
Bad flex line on rear passenger wheel. No other idea at this point why I can't get fluid at that wheel.
Possible bad master cylinder. This hurts, as I suspect if I did get a bad master, then I probably have air in the ABS module now.

Still having fluid problems at the mentioned wheels (fnt pass, driver rear). Started the car and attempted to use the brakes (while on the hoist). That didn't seem to help. I am getting the expected pedal pulses, etc when the ABS activates.

Still searching youtube and the net for more information. Everyone talks about bleeding brakes, nobody talks about what to do when things go sideways...
