Here are the Shoes I'm buying for the SHO

Tell me what you think. Offset is +42 will they fit? I've read that +42 is close with 8in rims but will fit am I correct on this?

Well we will see monday or tuesday. There isn't anything on that thread that says 8in and +42 won't fit. I saw a thread with +42 and 8in rims fitting with just a tiny bit to spare.

I wouldnt buy shit until you get the wheels. DO NOT MOUNT the tires. try mounting a wheel to the car first to check clearance. It might be fine. Never know...

There getting shipped to tire kingdom I'll get one of them put on the rear first before it's mounted. After you drop the car on the ground though won't the rim get closer to the strut?

I run 18 x 8 with a 40 mm offset, and mine dont seem as close as those in that pic. Might be because of the rear 92 hubs? I dunno. Had to trim the fender tho.

2mm is verrrrrry little difference. like .1 of an inch or so if that. I hope I don't have to get spacers.

It won't get closer to the strut body - they are in fixed positions relative to each other - unless you have a really bad wheel bearing or something.

Well they fit without spacers they are very close in the rear though.
