You can use center inlet or outlet (not sure if the Borlas are reversible), you'll just need to do a little extra work to get them aligned with the notches in the bumper cover. I'm curious why you're choosing Borla over Flowmaster?

I have just always been a fan of the Borla's, i have friends with them, and my God brother has them on his 95 5.0, and they just sound good, a little European but good, and smooth.

The Borla P/N you want is 40651. They are 2" inlet/outlet. Can be reversed. I have mine with the offset at the outlet end on my white 99. Here are some specs. 13.125 long (body) 18.125 (total length) 4" thick, 9.5 wide. I bought mine from Summit Racing for 103.95 each plus 8.95 handling. They are awesome and I can assure you, you want regret the purchase.

There are Borlas out there that are 2.25" offset/offset. I know this because I have a pair on my car. I don't have any part numbers but they are out there. :thumb:

2.25" Offset/Offset Borlas

Borla has offset/offset mufflers in their ProXS line - these are not available at all Borla dealers. Huskers High Performance has them online for $85 each plus shipping. The part number 2.25" O/O is 40351. They show up on eBay every once in a while, but the bidding starts at $85.

Is there a chance that I can get you to snap a couple of pictures so that I can put a picture to what it is I am trying to do, cause everywhere I take it says it is extensive work. TIA

2" is what you want. 2.25" can be made to fit, but it will require more work than using 2".

It's not extensive. Any decent muffler shop can do it. However reusing the stock tips can be a bit of a pain. Cost me $85 bucks to have my Borla's welded on. I would recommend getting some new tips. Ractive makes a very nice looking stainless steel oval tip. Go to ractive.com and look for exhaust tip t815. They also have one in black for those of you going for that black out affect. You can see mine installed here. http://www.v8sho.com/SHO/JasonsRactiveTips.htm Not bad for $50 a piece.
