Okay so I basically have all the fuel components to keep my boosted engine happy north of 600chp. Now I really really don't want to add an inline pump to to go north of the 600chp number. I heard Ransom talking about his Boost-A-Pump setup to keep his 255HP(high Pressure) happy on his boosted car. This is a kool way to go about it but it is also alittle more expensive then going the Hotwire route.
I was wondering about running a Hot wire kit to the pump to increase voltage at the pump and keep it happy at high rpm and 600+ hp. The GM boys have been doing this for quite some time and High Performance Shops also do this when boosting cars performance. Here is a picture.
It is basically a fused 10Ga wiring kit with a 40amp relay, improved grounds and connectors. This can be had for $40 from http://www.racetronix.com/RX-G7-FPWHG.html. I'm sure you could make your own pretty easy too. All you would need to do is wire this into the fuel pump wiring and hook it up.
