Well I have it correct then, and replaced the solenoid just incase. But I'm still not getting the boost. Is there a way to manually check if the wastegates are operating properly?

use a vacuum/pressure gun from Harbor Freight, hook it to the line going from the solenoid to the wastegate and start pumping. They should start to open at 3-4 psi and fully open by 8 psi. Typically if a wastegate is dead you'll get an underboost code though.

Went and bought that tool. Wastgates seem to be moving freely and holds pressure. Anything else to possibly look at? If I take off any of the three hoses on the solenoid, am I supposed to feel and pressure or vacuum?

If I recall the wasetagtes are normally closed and pressure activated as 5L918 noted. So if you disconect the actuator and youre underbooing, you have a bum recirculation valve(s) or wastegte valve in the turbo.

I do agree that you should be seeing underboost dtcs if there is an underboost condition.

The c clips that conect the actuator to the valve linkage do pop off. Make sure the valve is conected.

Last night I did get the codes:
P0034
P00c1
P04db

Wait a minute, I just realized the issue. Back in December you ordered EPP hot pipes with a TiAL BOV, which deletes the factory BOVs, but when you ordered a tune from us in April you didn't mention that anywhere in the tuning request form. Since you deleted the BOVs, I assume they are unplugged , which will through the wastegate solenoid into limp mode to prevent overboost and it will force the car to run off wastegate springs only...

Do me a favor, plug the BOVs back into the harness (don't need to install them) and go do a pull. Are you at full boost now?

If you get full boost with them plugged back in, let us know in the support portal and we'll shut off that switch in the tune and you'll be ready to rock.

Great, we'll get that adjusted in the tune then you can unplug them again.

And I did find an email that mentioned it after the initial, may have been overlooked sorry about that.
