I know Bob White sells the decals, but from what I'm looking at, it looks like they are individual stripes, and it wont cover the whole SHO area. A local sign place will sell me 2' by about 18" of blue reflective vinyl for 20 dollars.

Besides being precut, and being individual strips, is there any advantage to the Bob White decals over making my own that cover the entire area in the lettering?

I went with the bob white decals and they are great! But like u said even though they are the small strips... they look great. And i wanted reflective and thats why i went with them.... :D Just take your time.. and don't use the wet method of applying them.

I bought some from Bob White and didn't like them once I put them on. I decided to paint them all with glossy white Krylon, and they look really good. I don't know if you want to just toss some spray paint on your sho, but it's an alternative if you don't like the striped look.

I was looking for the reflective look. The ones I currently have are painted, but since I'm getting a new door trim panel painted to put on, it wont be anymore. I'm trying to figure out what I'm giong to do so that when I put the trim panel back on after driving without it for a couple days I wont still look silly.

the stickers are a PITA to install. with my sho all i did is went to a hobby store and got a testor's gloss black paint pen and filled it in. i first cleaned the area with some alcohol and then went to town. it still looked good when i sold my car and it had been through 2 very salty new england winters. i used 2 of the pens and if you made a mistake i had a cotton ball with some testor's pait thinner on it. the paint thinner didn't hurt my paint on my car either. just be careful.
