I did a quick search and couldn't find any relevant posts.

Ever since I started driving my car as of Jan '08, I noticed that the EATC would only blow hot or cold, and nowhere betwixt. When I would run the EATC test (which really should be a sticky if it isn't already) it faulted my ambient temperature sensor.

As it so happens when I rebuilt my car I left off the ambient temp sensor. Once I got another one (Thanks Aldrich!) I hooked it up and the blend door works great now. So, that saves me the hassle of changing out my BDA and it's impossible to find a new one anyway.

FYI, I couldn't find the temp sensor before but there is a bracket to the right of the hood latch in front of the radiator that holds the sensor. It looks just like a standard temp sensor on the car, and has two pins.
