Just talked to the NHTSA about my "phantom" subframe bolt service. I mentioned your problem as well and they said you should go ahead and make a complaint. Maybe if we get enough complaints on this there'll be another recall for inspections! All I did was call and explain the situation, took 5 min. They will document and send out a questionnaire to fill out. 1-888-327-4236

Lets all just contact them and maybe we all can get a new subframe and more washers..lol.. if u all call them post here just to see how many people complained...
