I need to change my rotors come spring and I wanted to know if there were any rotors out there that were bigger than the stock ones but could still fit on the stock wheel. Thanks

Hi there. The rotors from a 96+ Taurus/Sable will fit. To do the upgrade you will need the rotor, caliper, and caliper mount... I think you also need new pads, but I could be wong there.

Also, depending on the year of your car, you may have to change the spindles too. If your car is 1993 or older you would have to upgrade the spindles too. Good luck!

The '96+ taurus/Sable use the same size rotor as the '95 SHO. Not worth it to upgrade to those rotors. If you upgrade at all go for the '96 SHO/Continental upgrade in the front.

So I can't get bigger rotors without new calipers and pads. Who then makes a good rotor that I can look into? Thanks

If you have a '94-95 SHO, then all you need are the '96 SHO rotors, caliper mounting brackets and pads. You reuse your '94-95 calipers. And yes is a bolt-on modifiaction.

If you have a '89-93, then you need the '94-95 spindles to do this upgrade.
