What is the best Suspension combo for the sho? I have a Rear STB, will be getting a front STB, H-brace and subframe connnectors. So I guess what I'm asking is what is the best Strut/Spring Combo/How much?

Honestly, it is a matter of what you want out of the car and the suspension. Do you want your car to handle very well or look good or compromise in-between? Any of course, $$$ is the biggest factor.

Spend some time on a SHO venders website for prices. MidwestSHO or Performance Plus is your closest options.

sunny San Juan Bautista,
I have Tokico/Eibachs. And TPR bushings everywhere (except front sway bar bushings. Those are poly) along with aluminum subframe bushings. The ride isn't harsh at all. Under a lot of circumstances when driving fast I feel that the Tokicos could use more rebound damping. Because of this I wasn't "blown away" by the Tokicos. But that's just me. Just driving down the highway and a brisk, yet leisurely pace is pretty comfortable. The true test will be when I take the SHO on a little run down to Pinnacles. Also I'm on weaves. Maybe those tall sidewalls are adding a bit o spring action. :D

I have Tokico/Eibach, am happy with them. Eibach did recommend Tokico, though Koni may be fine, a little firmer.
Also poly bushings all around help.
