Best place for Pinning cams

I really hate to ask about this cuz im sure its like the 5 millionth time everyone has heard this question, but, What is the closest place to Southeast Michigan that will weld or pin the cams, and how much should I expect to pay? Has anyone had any problems with the results of welding or pinning?
