This is an old post, but it never hurts to ask. Did any of you run into BBk throttle body sticking problems? I just bought one for my 2010 V6 Mustang and I installed with the voltage calibration instructions done correctly the first time with the old TPS, then I replaced with a new one - the TB ended up stuck after a 1-hour drive with all sorts of TB-related codes. I reused the old TPS and lowered the voltage a bit after, a bit lower (1.2v) than the factory setting (1.31v) which in principle shouldn’t make a huge difference - the car drove fine for a week then the TB got stick again. I’m not using a tune and I’ll try to calibrate the voltage again exactly to 1.31v this time using the old TPS.

Will tune make any difference? Or will the voltage adjustment alone ultimately fix it?

I’d look to my tuner for help and go from there

Easy mod. It mounts upside down compared to the Stang so your TPS and servo cables are on the correct side. So, the included weep hole ends up on top. Just drill yours 180 to that. Transfer servo gear system over to the NEW throttle body. I added a TB spacer to mine too but that is not necessary. I did a noise maker delete too. Did this on both of my SHO's: 2010 PP SHO and 2011 non PP SHO without a problem.
