You should rescale the tb area in the calibration to not have any problems as well

Are you referring to setting the tps voltage to the same setting as with the stock TB? Do you know if any changes will need to be made to the tune? I’m running your GH tune and it’s great btw

it's been almost a year since this post went up. This is the only post I found online on this topic. Has anybody got any new updates of installation for this and of drilling the weep hole.. Any Pictures of installed of BBK throttle bodies someone to point out key points so this upgrade can be done for others to see

It's very simple. There is a weep hole drilled in the Mustang orientation. Flip it 180* and drill a small hole in the same spot. You don't HAVE to but it does help with puddling.

Other than that follow the instructions they provide and you can have it installed and calibration in under 45 minutes. Did mine in the parking lot on my lunch break.

You see some good performance increase with that BBK TB?

Had the new clamps welded onto the pipe and throttle body Friday. Now I'm just sanding and grinding down for smooth surface and paint then install.
Welded inside of the throttle body. Then I'm going to take it back to work and have it Milled out. So it's flush looks like one whole piece.

Are you concerned with extra stress/vibration on the bolts with hard mounting this? I understand the **** hose at the IC, but it's a tight fit in general. Motor mounts A/D first gen or "race" units for movement control?
Thoughts?

I don't see a problem with movement it'll still be attached to a rubber hose from the intercooler and there are no bolt to bolt that down together on top it just snaps together and a clamp just goes over it so it doesn't separate.
