I just bought a set of BBB; The car is a daily driver and is well maintained. I was wondering if the BBB's would effect my daily driving, a.i. gas mpg, CE light, throttle response, ect. All advice is welcome and appreciated THANX ED

yeah, it'll affect your throttle response. The car will move more at a given throttle setting than it used to.

No, seriously, just put 'em on. Nothing but goodness.

Welcome to the Forum.

From what I've read BBB's are good for High RPM power increases, you shouldn't see much if any difference below 4000K RPM. Maybe someone else will chime in for some better details though.

The big bore butterflies aren't going ot hurt anything as far as realiability and daily driving go. I didnt really notice a difference as far as acceleratiion. BUT, they do sound good!

MAKE SURE TO LOCTITE ALL THE BUTTERFLY SCREWS. I've heard of people blowing there engines by the butterfly screws coming undone. So make sure to do that.

Thanks, I guess I'm just nervous to ruin a good thing and need as much re-assurance as possible lol...Also 1 of the 6 throttle plates looks as if it doesn't seal 100% like the other 5, but its pretty close is that ok also?
