Hey,
I have an interesting and irritating electrical problem. I had a constant albeit small drain on the battery on my 89' SHO. I traced it to the circuit that runs the clock and the stereo system. What was happening was that I had the car stored and if it sat for an extended period without being run, you would go to start it and find the battery was dead. Is this drain normal? Do the clock and other components in that circuit require a small amount of power to keep time etc?

Thanks in advance for you help,

Yes and so does the PCM. About 50 mA is normal. I usually unplug the battery if mine is going to set for more than a couple of weeks.
