Battery cables No start

I replaced the battery and battery cables 2 years ago. Last week the symptums returned. I turn the key and everything goes dead. I disconnected the battery and cleaned the terminals. luck for 6 starts. Repeated the cleaning process. Only 2 starts. Any suggestions? Time to replace the battery? Time to replace the cables again?

Did you check out the MEGA fuse for looseness or corrosion?

I have not checked the fuse. The car sat the whole weekend.
