As some of you may know, I have been having problems with my battery (and possibly other components). Well I had my 12 month old Odyssey PC1200 tested the other day at Batteries Plus. (I bought it from batteries4everything.com who are located in CA)
The guys at Batteries Plus said it was bad, even though it will still start my car. I called Tony at batteries4everything.com. Without hesitation he sent a replacement in the mail that very day. I received it today (3 days later). All I had to do was send him the top plastic plate from my current Odyssey. Note that he mailed me a brand new entire battery first. He did this because he knew I couldn't go without my car.
Because of this, I will more than likely buy all my batteries from him.
BTW, they sell the Odyssey battery about $50 cheaper than other distributors.
