A friend of mine did the baking soda trick as well as poopped off the caps and added more water, think some of the baking soda got into the holes, that's ok, right? Today he took off terminals off and cleaned them off real good, got them shiny again, bolts and all. The cable terminals are origanal (90) and pretty chewed up, esp. the poz one. I've put new cable terminals on before but these cables are HUGE!!! Like zero gauge or something. What could I use to cut them off and when could I find ones big enough for the cables?

Baking soad in the battery wil nuetralize the acid and weaken the battery.

Thanks for the info. Btw, how many CC amps do you think I should have? One battery is 660, the other 695?

Well guys, like I mentioned in an earlier thread, all it was was a loose alternator belt, but it wasn't loose to the point to make the volts light come on. strange.
