Now, forgive my ignorance, but the last car I had before my 94 SHO, was an 87 slo.

You folks keep on referring to codes. For my 94 ATX, would I use an OBD II ? And where will I find such a device? And what's a good price for one?

Also, is there a single book for the SHO? I'd like to clean the injectors, change the plugs and wires when it's convenient for me (now) rather then wait for it to become necessary.

For a typically slo fella, the SHO engine looks a bit intimidating.

The second gen SHO has an EEC-IV and not an OBD-II.
