bad accel sputtering

Alright its a 1989 SHO when taking off the car doesnt want to move you can push the gas pedal all the way down and it just doesnt hardly move eventually it will start going and in 2nd and 3rd on up seems to run almost fine we have replaced the following

TPS
MAF sensor
coil pack
new plugs,wires.
valve cover gaskets front and rear (oil in the wells)

finally decided to do a fuel pressure test and well there was hardly any pressure koeo and koer so then replaced the

fuel pressure regulator

still didnt help and now finally the fuel pump helped a little but still there..not as bad.

anything else i can check.

ahh yes forgot that we did that before the pump and regulator.

what kinda FP do you have when its running? And when its off, and you cycle the key what do you have? Also, when you do that.. turn the key on and off a few times.. and watch and see if any pressure "bleeds off".
