This morning I had to go in for surgery at 6:30 A.M. to have my gallbladder removed. It was an outpatient procedure, and things went well. I was really nervous going into it, since I have never had surgery before this. Anyway, the anesthesiologist (sp?) was really good, and gave me a double whammy of stuff to put me out. He started putting something in my I.V. (which burned like **** when it went into my arm) and gassed me. After he put the mask on my face, he put something else into the I.V. Next thing I knew I woke up in the recovery room, very groggy and with bad nausau. I stayed in the recovery room drifting in and out of sleep for about 2.5 hours. I got home at about noon and went back to sleep right away. I've been eating somewhat normally, though; the only thing I can eat is semi-solid foods. This weekend I will be at the meet, although I won't be driving and we'll have the GTP
. Just wanted to let ya guys know I was alive
