Axle help please!

okay im trying to get the passanger side axle off. well i got one end of the axle off the spindle part now i have to remove it from the intermdiate shaft or axle what ever they call it but i dont know how! i heard that you need to like get a big screw driver and push it out but where do i push from??! anyhelp would be aperciacted! thank you!

Put the tire iron between the CV housing and the case and pry quickly or hit the prybar handle to pop it out.

That's what I do - with an 18" pry bar whose tip is up on the bracket under the power steering pump (IIRC) and the shaft pushing against the inboard side of the inboard CV joint. A quick pop should loosen the C-clip. Be careful not to put too much lateral force on the intermediate shaft's carrier bearing.
