I was wondering if I remove the factory sub and it's box if it will allow more bass from my two 12's to enter the cabin.

Also, I plan on putting my factory JBL system on eBay(Cass,CD,front and rear speakers, and sub box), how much do you think it will go for? And should I throw the factory amps in with that or leave them hooked up to the new speakers and new deck?

Here's what I will be replacing things with:
Deck: Pioneer deh-3500 CD
Rear: 6x8 3-way Pioneer speakers
Front: 6.5" Pioneer speakers

Adding that to my two 12" MTX subs and Pioneer GMX-802 amp

Thanks in advance!

I would get rid of the amps, most of the time people have problem with an aftermarket head unit. If you have 2 12s I wold ditch the JBL amp as it wont put out much compard to the 12s. Also from what I understand the sub amp runs off of the speaker amp which can handle aftermarket head units. So when you get rid of the speaker amp you will have to get rid of the sub amp. I may be wrong on this though. You may need to get rid of it due to the sub box though. If you get a standard box I know it will hit it.

Use the new deck to power your fronts & rears if you are not going to use an external amp for them. The power in most decks is enough for your highs vs the old JBL system. The JBL might sound a littel cleaner, but you'll probably get as much volume out of the deck. Plus it might make selling the whole system easier with the amps included. And yes, having the subwoofer hole open on the rear deck will help some bass get into the cabin.
