My od went out fixed a broke clip,worked fine for a day or so ,now it will work somtimes.Did just fine on the way to work,but on the way home it didnt.Any help

What clip did you fix... the one inside the transmission?

No there is a od servo on the left side of tranny,Three 8mm bolts thatz holds it in.There is one clip on the end os shaft,and on middle way of spring.Od worked fine thiz morn,but later on no od.but just then it shift into od just fine.

Wire on your over drive button might be shorting out. Very common. Found a broken wire on mine.

yea i have a broke wire on mine right now....and hey hope you got your cover tightened good i was just now messing with mine and now ive broke 2 of the three ears that hold the damn thing on.....

Thanks for the help,dont think itz the wire every time i hit the butt the light goes on and off just fine.Drove it all day no pro.Im thinking that the servo was just sticky.
