ATX vs. MTX Tensioner Pulleys

Ok, so I got a few questions here that I can't seem to find definitive answers to. First is, are the tensioner and top idler pulleys on an ATX the same? If so, are those pulleys the same as a tensioner pulley on an MTX? (I have never seen an mtx engine to know) And if all of that it true, can I use this pulley from NAPA or do I have to buy the SHO NUT bearing?

no the mtx is a manual adjusting tensioner as the atx is spring loaded or self adjusting

Ok, I knew that, but I also knew that the bearings are the same and the ATX pulley looks almost identical to that NAPA pulley so I wanted to make sure.

Yes, the top idler pulley on an ATX is the same as the tensioner pulley.
