ATX Tranny Problems!!!!

OK, We All know about the bad trans in these cars and my 94 with 135k is about to go again, any suggestions on how to beef up or make it last a lot longer, I have read drilling holes in the trans-axle to lubricate more..But what else can i do. shrug Any input would be greatly appreciated..Thanks and Happy New Year to All you SHO nuts....

hey Derick, i hear alot of good things on the forum about the doug lewis (i think thats the name) trannys. theyre supposed to be near bulletproof. a little pricey, but bulletproof. plus if youre talking about drilling **** holes your prob thinking of a trans-go or similiar shift kit. hope this helps! happy new years guys!
