ATX MAF part #

Anybody have the part number off an original Ford MAF for a '95 ATX.

The part # is right on the MAF if all you are doing is getting a replacement. That # above is a 91 hence the F1, not sure if it changed any though.

my 92 mtx has the maf off a 93 atx and my dads 94atx both have f1 as first two digits. i did notice 93 mtx have part # is listed as f3vz12b579aarm
and the atx has the first # listed

My MAF is not the original and is not a performance one. So, I am trying to get the proper part number so I can get a good OEM one.
