atx clutch converter info

I would like to start looking for the reason why lockup clutch wants to play vacation on me,
I have a fresh axode with new t/c all works great except for lockup,
overdrive lite comes on when overdrive is off, then it stays flashing,
overdrive on or off, stays flashing.
im looking for any ideas in where to look for lockup

When the over drive light starts to flash it's telling you there is something wrong with the tranny.....Run your codes.....

Exactly, the computer is throwing a code which will lead you in the correct direction as to solve the problem.
